Returns

Certain items, such as personal care products, may be ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please check product descriptions or contact us for clarification on specific products.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Approval & Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable products, and some personal care items, are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company as there may be a processing delay. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@newbeautyessentials.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
